袭
1、(形声。从衣,从两“龙”(tà)省声。本义:死者穿的衣服,衣襟在左边)。
2、同本义。
袭,左衽袍也。---《说文》。按,凡敛死者,左衽,不纽。
陈袭事于房中,西领南上,不綪。---《仪礼·士丧礼》。郑玄注:“袭事,谓衣服也。”
袭衣：尸衣;也指古代行礼时穿在裼衣外面的上衣
袭玩：衣着器用。
3、衣一套为一袭。
赐衣被一袭。---《汉书·昭帝纪》。注:“一称也。犹今一副。
